Orders and Shipping

EntirelyEco works to reduce the distance traveled for each item we sell, so in some cases orders may be shipped straight from the manufacturer to your door. Because we work with many difference eco-friendly brands, products have various processing times. We also pride ourselves on providing a variety of made-to-order and custom handmade goods. Because of this, shipping times and methods may vary for each product.

You will receive an order confirmation with an estimated shipping date and a follow-up confirmation once your order has shipped.

You can create an account during the order process; you’ll have the option to create a password and save your account right after the checkout process. If you’d like to create an account prior to ordering click here.

Please contact us immediately by emailing support@entirelyeco.com or calling (800) 326-8848. We are only able to make changes to your order before the order has processed.

If you’ve registered for an account, you can log into your account and view your order status by clicking here.

You can also email support@entirelyeco.com with your order number to request status. We email an order confirmation which includes your order number. If you’ve misplaced your order number, please contact us at support@entirelyeco.com.

If you’ve created an account, there is an option to store your credit card for future use. We have a 100% secure checkout process. Please refer to our privacy policy for more information.

EntirelyEco charges sales tax to customers who are located in the state of Colorado. Because EntirelyEco is located in Colorado, we are required to charge sales tax for purchases within our home state.

We ship everywhere in the continental US. We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100. 

We ship to Canada upon request. If you’d like to ship to Canada, please reach out to us at support@entirelyeco.com or (800) 326-8848, Mon-Fri 8:00am-5pm PST.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

We try our best to ship in one delivery but because work with many suppliers, you may receive your order in multiple shipments.

Some of our products ship directly from the manufacturer as it is more sustainable for them to send your package directly to you, instead of first to us. Because of this, depending on what items you’re getting, there is a chance your order may arrive in two or more boxes, and on separate dates. 

If your items ship from different locations, you will be sent a tracking number immediately for each shipment. If you’d like to know more about how your specific order would ship, and how many boxes it would be in, please reach out to our support team available 8am-5pm Monday-Friday, or contact support@entirelyeco.com.

Returns and Exchanges

EntirelyEco offers free returns for most items that are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.

 

Items will be refunded to the original form of payment, and pre-paid return shipping labels will be provided at no extra cost. Original shipping costs will not be refunded.

 

Some items, like baby products and paints/stains, are only available for final sale and cannot be returned due to sanitary reasons. Return information is listed on each product page.

 

EntirelyEco guarantees that you’ll receive items in great condition. Any items that are damaged or defective upon arrival may be returned or exchanged free of charge within 30 days of purchase.

We do our best to ensure your order is perfect, but because we work with many different suppliers sometimes we can’t control mistakes. If you’ve received an incorrect item, please contact us at support@entirelyeco.com or (800) 326-8848 during normal business hours Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm PST. We will help process the correct item and give instructions on how to send back the incorrect item.

Please contact us immediately by emailing support@entirelyeco.com or calling (800)326-8848. If your order has not processed yet we can change the shipping address. If your order has processed, we can provide you with additional instructions.

Once an order has been submitted, we are usually unable to change or cancel it once it’s been processed.  Orders are immediately sent to our warehouse to be ready for processing. You can immediately reach out to support@entirelyeco.com or call (800) 326-8848 to verify if your order has already been processed.

You do have the option to return your order for a full refund of the merchandise value, excluding shipping.

Some items are available for pre-order if they are currently sold out and will have a pre-order purchase button on the product page along with details on estimated availability. Join our email list to be the first to know about updates on new products and product availability.
